The house is very well finished  (parquet floors and Florentine brickwork, wooden doors and window frames, sound-proof windows) The rooms are private, comfortable, spacious and well appointed, making you feel at home.
The house entrance has a small terrace and sun curtain. From the living room it's possible to reach another terrace and a garden on the back of the house. The living room and the kitchen have a fireplace and every room has TV. Heating system and air conditioning are available in each room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need from a refrigerator to a micro wave oven and toaster. The bathroom has a shower.
On the first floor, completely independent, there is a double room with large bathroom with Jacuzzi and a small kitchen.

The garden is equipped with table and chairs.
